EFSUN (Center of Excellence for Functional SUrfaces and Interfaces for Nano diagnostics) is happy to announce that Functional Surfaces and Interfaces for Nano diagnostics  Workshop' will be held at Sabanci University Cinema Hall on the 19th June betwen 10:00-17:00.  All interested people are invited to this exciting event.  Shuttles from 4.Levent and Kadikoy will be available. The workshop is specifically designed for graduate students, post-docs, researchers, and  experts from a broad range of industries, who are interested in Functional Surfaces and Interfaces and their applications. The invited speakers, Prof. Hikmet Akkız and Prof. Emre Erdem, will give inspirational talks. In addition, there will be eight high quality interdisciplinary finalist presentations in the framework of ‘Best Paper Award Competition’ to recognise the scientific paper of outstanding young scientists on Functional Surfaces and Interfaces from different disciplines.    Everybody will have plenty of opportunity to have awareness of the recent developments and to interact individually with the experts in the field and participants throughout the workshop. This will be a FREE event.  However, registration is recommended by June 18 to ensure smooth entrance to the Sabanci University campus.  Registration requests sould be sent to Rana Altay: raltay@sabanciuniv.edu by the deadline.
